Zoey Chen is a senior associate at Tsar & Tsai Law Firm with practice focusing on commercial litigation, cross-border transactions, legal compliance, and intellectual property.

Ms. Chen regularly represents well-known domestic and foreign companies in commercial disputes, IP infringement, product liabilities cases. She also assists in handling foreign investment and compliance matters, responsible for drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal due diligence, communication with governmental department, which covers technology, entertainment, innovation, e-commerce, and renewable energy industries.

Before joining Tsar & Tsai, Ms. Chen has also been entrusted by government for legal projects, including Ministry of Interior’s “The Examination and Training Project of International Convention on Eliminating All Forms of Discrimination” and Ministry of Economic Affair’s “Project of Investment-Related Issues of International Organizations and Agreement.” Ms. Chen was also seconded to MOEA Investment Division as a legal counsel to support ESG legal framework development and protection actions of Taiwanese corporation’s investment rights.

In addition to practicing as a lawyer, Ms. Chen also served as IP right lecturer at National Taipei University of Technology.
