Tsar & Tsai acts as Taiwan legal counsel to Schaeffler AG, a German listed automotive company, to acquire the Ewellix Group, a market leader in linear technology components and systems, in an auction process.  

Schaeffler AG has successfully enterer into the share purchase agreement to acquire the Ewellix Group. The closing of the deal is still subject to merger control and foreign investment clearances in various jurisdictions.
