HP Inc. announced its acquisition of HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston Technology Company, on 1 June 2021.  Tsar & Tsai acted as Taiwan legal counsel to HP Inc., providing legal services relating to the acquisition.  The total price of the acquisition was USD 425 million.
