T&T are representing the finance parties of 640 MW Yunlin offshore wind farm project. In end-August 2023, T&T advised the finance parties to successfully enter into an extended financing agreement to support the construction of the 640 MW Yunlin offshore wind farm project in Taiwan. The Yunlin Project is developed by Yunneng Wind Power Co., Ltd. and sponsored by Skyborn Renewables (Skyborn), TotalEnergies, Electricity Generating Public Company Ltd. (EGCO) and Sojitz Corporation (Sojitz). Once completed, the 640 MW Yunlin project will be one of the largest offshore wind farms in Taiwan, producing enough clean energy to serve the energy needs of more than 600,000 Taiwanese households.
