On 17 September 2026, Mr. Claudio Visco, President of the International Bar Association (IBA), visited Tsar & Tsai Attorneys-at-Law and met with Partners Edgar Y. Chen, Yvonne Liu, Vincent Lin, and C.H. Chen for an exchange of views.

Mr. Visco currently serves as a Senior Partner at Lipani Legal & Tax in Italy and assumed the presidency of the International Bar Association (IBA) in 2026. During the visit, our firm exchanged views with President Visco on his key priorities during his term, including strengthening the IBA’s engagement and presence in Asia and other regions, as well as advancing research and development on issues relating to the regulation and governance of artificial intelligence (AI).
