常在国际法律事务所担任大彰化东南离岸风场（605 MW）策略投资人加拿大魁北克退休金管理机构CDPQ之专案融资联贷银行团台湾法律顾问，于2020年12月29日顺利完成专案融资相关交易协议签署。本专案融资（包含15家外国和本地银行以及两家台湾保险公司，并由五家国际出口信贷机构提供融资信用担保）将支应CDPQ及台湾的「国泰永续私募股权基金」组成之合资公司取得大彰化东南离岸风场50%股权所需资金。（林嘉慧合伙律师/谢础安律师/陈良彦律师/彭于庭律师）
