Tsar & Tsai Law Firm Represents Stonepeak on the Successful Completion of a US$2.4 Billion Investment

Tsar & Tsai Law Firm acted as legal counsel to Stonepeak, a leading global private equity investment firm, in its transaction with the CMA CGM Group, serving as Taiwanese legal counsel. Stonepeak and the CMA CGM Group formed a U.S. joint venture company, which owns and integrates nine major container terminal assets operated by CMA CGM across key international ports in Taiwan, the United States, Brazil, Spain, and Vietnam. The transaction was valued at US$2.4 billion (approximately NT$76.3 billion).
