Tsar and Tsai has assisted 7 financing parties, including, among others, E.Sun Commercial Bank and HSBC, to successfully reaching, on March 31, 2022, financial close of the project financing for Zhao Young Co. Ltd.’s 188MW of solar portfolio indirectly owned by BlackRock.
The total amount of financing reached NTD 9.4 billion (US 320 million).
