Ms. Emily Chen is a senior associate with Tsar & Tsai Law Firm and is experienced in dispute resolution. Her dispute resolution experience spans across many different areas covering corporate and commercial disputes, intellectual property infringement, and tax disputes.

Emily is an expert in administrative law, having successfully represented multiple international and local clients in administrative litigations against various government agencies to seek recission or remedy for unlawful and impropoer conduct by the government.

Emily also handles transaction matters. Her transaction experiences include assisting and advising clients in mergers & acquisitions, employments matters, commercial contract drafting and contract negotiations.
