Mr. Vincent Wang is an Integrated Partner with Tsar & Tsai Law Firm. Vincent is a litigator specializing in civil litigation, criminal defense, commercial disputes, banking regulations, labor and employment litigation, fair trade law and administrative litigation.
Having a background in financial laws and international business, Vincent brings into his litigation practice a business-oriented dispute resolution. Vincent not only looks at the disputes from legal point of view, he also considers the clients’ daily business operation and interests and offers clients suggestions that seek to both resolve the issues and accommodate the needs of the business and preserves the operation interests.
Vincent has represented several publicly traded companies and multinational corporations in their disputes relating to international investments, labor, cross-border transfer of goods and merchandise, insurance claims, government procurements and construction defects.
Vincent has also been the counsel for the largest Taiwan financial holding company on corporate and banking regulations and assisted the financial holding company on various operation disputes relating to its financial services.
