Mr. Jack Tun is an integrated partner with Tsar & Tsai Law Firm and is an experienced and savvy litigator on various types of cases including civil and criminal litigation, administrative litigation, intellectual property right cases, labor disputes, insurance claims and fair trade and antitrust cases.
During his twenty years of experience as a litigator, Jack has represented various public companies on insider trading allegations and shareholder and ownership disputes. Jack also successfully represented high-tech companies on trade secret and commercial espionage cases, patent infringement and licensing disputes, and non-compete agreement enforcement. Jack’s other case experience includes representing manufacturing companies on fire insurance claims and arbitration on disputes arising from sale and purchase of business.
