Mr. Steven Chen is a partner with Tsar & Tsai Law Firm.  Steven is an experienced litigator having more than 20 years of experience in the courts.  His areas of specialty are company law, labor law, real estate, securities and banking regulations.

Steven’s litigation experience includes representing various directors and officers of public companies on litigations relating to allegations of breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, securities fraud and representing shareholders on ownership and controlling power disputes.

Steven is also an expert on corporate and securities law and is a long time advisor to a financial holding company in Taiwan.  Steven has been counseling the client long before the client developed its financial business into a major financial holding company holding a bank, securities brokerage firm, investment trust and advisory and asset management company, to name a few.  Steven’s representation includes advising on banking and securities regulations, company law issues, investment and ownership disputes and employment matters.
