Lynn Lin joined Tsar & Tsai Law Firm as an associate partner in 2011. Prior to joining Tsar & Tsai Law Firm, Lynn served as an associate at LCS& Partners, and as a senior associate at Baker & McKenzie (Taipei).

Lynn specializes in corporate investment, cross-border transaction, M&A, capital market and securities transaction, and has participated in many cross-border and cross-strait investments, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliance. Aside from assisting multinational clients in structuring transactions, Lynn has extensive experiences in negotiating transaction agreements as well as formation and management of offshore companies. Lynn is also experienced in ECB offering, derivative transactions and establishment of offshore mutual funds. Lynn also assisted several clients to successfully defend against hostile takeover attempts.
