Mr. Kevin Wei is a counsel with Tsar & Tsai Law Firm and the manager of Tsar & Tsai IP Practice Group’s Trademark Department. Kevin has concentrated his practice in the area of intellectual property laws and has more than 10 years of experience in trademark matters, including preparing and filing applications for trademark registration in Taiwan and overseas, handling trademark renewal, licensing, assignment, opposition, invalidation and non-use revocation matters and assisting in civil and criminal prosecution of infringement, passing off and anti-counterfeiting matters.

Besides trademark cases, Kevin also assists individual and corporate clients in dealing with copyright and domain name disputes and handles trademark portfolio management for a number of multi-national companies including GlaxoSmithKline, Revlon, Bridgestone, etc.
