Ms. Eugenia Chuang is an Integrated Partner with Tsar & Tsai Law Firm. Eugenia specializes in fair trade law, information privacy law, corporate law, cross-border transactions and dispute resolution. She joined Tsar & Tsai Law Firm in 2000.
Eugenia’s main practice focuses on assisting multi-national corporations with business interests in China and Taiwan on domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration and administrative litigation for fair trade law violations. Eugenia has written articles about commercial dispute resolution in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. Because of her experience, Eugenia has been invited to participate in various government conferences on proposal to amend Taiwan’s Company Law and trade regulations. Eugenia is currently an arbitrator with the Arbitration Association of the Republic of China.
Besides her dispute resolution practice, Eugenia is also an experienced transaction attorney, having assisted multinational companies in various types of cross-border transactions. Her involvement in transaction covers legal due diligence review, tender offer, capital raising via public offerings and private placement and post-closing corporate restructuring.
